2017 ram 2500 rear seat fold down upgrade It seems that underneath the cargo area outside of the vehicle where some cars have the spare tire mounted is a lot of wasted space that could have been used to increase the volume. The rear seats are stuck/locked in the up position with very little movement before they lock in place. When you lift the bottom seats up, it lifts the back seat up as well.
